Making a purchase
We have tried to keep making a purchase as simple as possible.  Simply browse the store adding items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart, if you change your mind these can be removed by viewing the cart.  When you have finished making your selection click on ‘Checkout’ where you will be asked for details enabling us to complete your order.

Postage and Packing
MK Models uses Royal Mail exclusively to facilitate our delivery.  A flat rate of £2 is charged on all orders under £25.  We offer free delivery on all orders over £25.

Delivery Schedule
For items in stock we aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Please inform us within 7 working days if you have received goods that are damaged in transit.

You agree that delivery tracking supplied by Royal Mail is sufficient evidence to establish that your order have been received.

Returns
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund.  You can do this by emailing us quoting the order number supplied at the time of purchase.  All returned goods must be in a condition fit for re-sale.  You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. This policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault e.g. faulty goods or not as described.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time and not be applicable to future orders.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforce-ability of the remainder.
